Information and conditions of the Volunteer Action Support program
- Applicants must be NPOs, associations or cooperatives to be able to apply (with a NEQ). It is not possible to grant financial aid to individuals, groups of people or businesses.
- It is possible to submit a request for any project relating to community activities, leisure, sports, physical activities, infrastructure or the purchase of light equipment. Projects must contribute to local development and respect the spirit of government interventions in the areas of leisure, sport, physical activities and community activities.
- It is important to note that the decision whether or not to grant financial assistance, as well as its amount, rests with the MP. Therefore, there are no specific criteria and it is not possible to challenge a refusal.
- The organization submitting a request has every interest in explaining its project well. It is possible to send a short letter as an annex to explain what the organization does and why its initiative is relevant.
