Information and conditions of the Volunteer Action Support program
- Applicants must be non-profit organizations, associations, or cooperatives to submit a request (with a NEQ). It is not possible to provide financial assistance to individuals, groups of individuals, or businesses.
- Applications may be submitted for any project related to community, leisure, sports, physical activities, infrastructure, or the purchase of light equipment. Projects must contribute to local development and respect the spirit of government interventions in the areas of leisure, sports, physical activities, and community activities.
- It is important to note that the decision to grant or not grant financial assistance, as well as its amount, rests with the MNA. As a result, there are no specific criteria and it is not possible to contest a refusal.
- The organization submitting a request is well-advised to clearly explain its project. It is possible to send a short cover letter explaining what the organization does and why its initiative is relevant.
